Towers of Notre-Dame Cathedral to reopen after six years
The iconic towers of the Notre-Dame Cathedral will reopen to the public from Sept. 20, more than six years after the Parisian landmark was ravaged by a blaze, the French Center for National Monuments announced in a press release on Tuesday.
According to the press release, starting from Sept. 20, visitors to the famed edifice will be allowed to climb the more than 420 steps up to the viewing platform and enjoy a panoramic view of the French capital from a height of 69 meters.
