సింగయ్య మృతి కేసులో నమోదైన కేసులపై దర్యాప్తును నిలిపివేయడంతో పాటు వరుసగా బెయిల్స్ ఇస్తున్నందున తన తీర్పులను సోషల్ మీడియాలో ట్రోల్ చేస్తున్నారని హైకోర్టు న్యాయమూర్తి జస్టిస్ శ్రీనివాసరెడ్డి అసంతృప్తి వ్యక్తం చేశారు. తిరుమల నెయ్యి కల్తీ కేసులో నిందితులకు బెయిల్ మంజూరు చేస్తూ ఉత్తర్వులు ఇచ్చారు. ఈ సందర్భంగా తీర్పు ప్రకటించిన తర్వాత తాను ఇస్తున్న బెయిల్ తీర్పులను సోషల్ మీడియాలో ట్రోల్ చేస్తున్నారని …ఇప్పుడు ఈ తీర్పును కూడా ట్రోల్ చేస్తారని అన్నారు. ఈ వ్యాఖ్యలు చేస్తూ సారీ ఫర్ ది స్టేట్ అని వ్యాఖ్యానించారు. జస్టిస్ కె.శ్రీనివాసరెడ్డి కాకాణి గోవర్ధన్ రెడ్డితో పాటు తోపుదుర్తి ప్రకాష్ రెడ్డి బెయిల్ పిటిషన్లను కూడా విచారించాల్సి ఉంది. అయితే వాటిని వాయిదా వేశారు. వచ్చే వారం వేరే బెంచ్ ముందు వాటిని ఉంచాలన్నారు.
Justice K. Srinivas Reddy of the Andhra Pradesh High Court has openly expressed his displeasure over relentless social media trolling of his bail judgments.
While granting bail to accused in the Tirumala Ghee Adulteration Case, he remarked:
“They are trolling every bail I grant... even this one will be trolled. Sorry for the state.”
This comes after he granted bail and halted investigation in the high-profile Singayya death case, sparking online criticism.
The judge was also scheduled to hear bail petitions of politicians Kakani Govardhan Reddy and Thopudurthi Prakash Reddy, but he postponed them, stating they’ll be heard by a different bench next week.
