Hyderabad — A tragic road accident was caught on CCTV near Inamguda in the Abdullapurmet area, where a container lorry ran over a family crossing the road.
According to reports, Srinivas (48) died on the spot, while his wife Lakshmi, daughter Rajeshwari (19), and son Rambabu (17) sustained injuries and were rushed to hospital.
Police said the victims, residents of Yashoda Nagar Colony in Abdullapurmet, attempted to cross the road without noticing the traffic from their right side, resulting in the accident.
An investigation is underway to ascertain further details.
