Staying responsive to the region’s most pressing challenges must be made a focus at the Asean Regional Forum (ARF), says Foreign Minister Datuk Seri Mohamad Hasan.
Beyond dialogue, Mohamad said the ARF must be better equipped to respond swiftly and effectively.
