Lai Reportedly Plans U.S. Stopovers for Latin America Tour

Bloomberg News reports Taiwan President Lai Ching-te is planning to make stopovers in New York on August 4 and Dallas on August 14 to bookend his visit to Paraguay, Guatemala and Belize.
