Police have arrested nine foreigners, aged between 24 and 27, following a brawl at a construction site in Bangsar.
Brickfields Deputy OCPD, Superintendent Ahmad Firdaus Mustaffa Kamal, said the arrests were made after a report was lodged over the fight, which occurred at 4.53pm on Monday (July 14).
