एक बार फिर देश में फ्री बिजली वाली स्कीम चर्चा में है। इस बार बिहार के लोगों को चुनाव से पहले मुफ्त बिजली का तोहफा मिला है।बिहार के मुख्यमंत्री नीतीश कुमार ने घोषणा करते हुए कहा है कि राज्य के सभी घरेलू बिजली उपभोक्ताओं को 1 अगस्त से हर महीने 125 यूनिट तक मुफ्त बिजली दी जाएगी। दिल्ली में आम आदमी पार्टी ने मुफ्त बिजली स्कीम की शुरुआत चुनावों से पहले की थी फिर यह एक-एक करते हुए दूसरे राज्यों में पहुंच गई। पहले किसानों के बिजली बिल माफ होते थे लेकिन अब जनता को बिजली यूनिट सब्सिडी का प्रलोभन दिया जाता है। आइए जानते हैं हाल ही में चुनाव से पहले किन-किन राज्यों में फ्री बिजली वाली स्कीम की सौगात जनता की झोली में डाली गई है।
