The Ipoh Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ISPCA) is calling for full transparency on the standard operating procedure (SOP) for euthanising stray dogs.
ISPCA president Ricky Soong said authorities must make the guidelines and related statistics available to the public.
