Justice Yashwant Varma Case: केंद्र सरकार (Central Government) की ओर से महाभियोग की तैयारी (Preparing for impeachment) के बीच इलाहाबाद हाई कोर्ट के जस्टिस यशवंत वर्मा (Justice Yashwant Varma) ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट (Supreme Court ) में याचिका दाखिल की है..जिसपर सुनवाई होनी है...लेकिन सुनवाई से पहले ही भारत के मुख्य न्यायाधीश बीआर गवई (CJI BR Gavai) ने आज इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट (Allahabad High Court) के जज यशवंत वर्मा ( Justice Yashwant Varma) की याचिका पर सुनवाई मामले में खुद को अलग कर लिया है। उन्होंने कहा है कि वो इस मामले की सुनवाई नहीं कर सकते। चीफ जस्टिस का कहना है कि वो भी उस समिति का हिस्सा थे जिसने जस्टिस वर्मा (Justice Verma) को नकदी पैसा मामले में दोषी पाया गया था। वहीं सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने कहा है कि वो मामले की सुनवाई के लिए तैयार है।
