Residents and beachgoers in Hawaii have been ordered to stay away from the beaches and move to higher ground and away from coastal areas as authorities warned of tsunami triggered by the magnitude 8.8 earthquake that struck off Russia's Kamchatka Peninsula on Wednesday (July 30).
