Timelapse footage shows the seawater level changing at Kuji port, Iwate prefecture, after one of the strongest earthquakes ever recorded struck Russia's sparsely populated Far East early Wednesday (July 30).
The tremor caused tsunamis up to four metres across the Pacific and sparking evacuations from Hawaii to Japan.
