Johor police have received instructions to charge the father of deceased boy A. Tishant with multiple offences, including domestic violence and assault, says state police chief Comm Datuk M. Kumar.
However, he said the suspect would only be charged after police in Jempol, Negri Sembilan complete their investigation for murder under Section 302 of the Penal Code.
