'ദി കേരള സ്റ്റോറി കേരളത്തെ അപമാനിക്കാനായി എടുത്ത ചിത്രം', വി എൻ വാസവൻ

'ദി കേരള സ്റ്റോറി' സിനിമയുടെ സംവിധായകൻ സുദീപ്തോ സെന്‍ ആണ് ദേശീയ ചലച്ചിത്ര പുരസ്കാരത്തിൽ മികച്ച സംവിധാനത്തിന് അർഹനായത്. കൂടാതെ മികച്ച ഛായാഗ്രഹണത്തിനും ഈ സിനിമയുടെ പ്രശന്തനു മൊഹാപാത്രയാണ് അർഹനായത്. കേരള സ്റ്റോറിക്ക് പുരസ്കാരം ലഭിച്ചതിൽ പ്രതിഷേധം രേഖപ്പെടുത്തുകയാണ് മന്ത്രി വി എൻ വാസവൻ Director Sudipto Sen has won the National Film Award for Best Direction for the movie The Kerala Story. The film's cinematographer also won the award for Best Cinematography. Minister V. N. Vasavan has strongly protested against The Kerala Story receiving these honours.
