Teenage girl dies, 13-year-old in custody after fatal stabbing

A teenage girl has died, and another is in police custody following a stabbing on the outskirts of Newcastle. Police have confirmed the 14 and 13-year-old girls were exchange students from China and had only been in the country for eight days.
