Potholes reported through the MyJalan app must be repaired within 24 hours, says Deputy Works Minister Datuk Seri Ahmad Maslan.
Speaking in the Dewan Rakyat on Wednesday (Aug 6), he said prompt action is mandatory regardless of which agency manages the road.
Ahmad added that the ministry received 39,371 complaints via the app between August 2023 and June 2025.
