పులివెందుల జడ్పీటీసీ ఉప ఎన్నికలో వైఎస్ఆర్ కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీ ఘోర పరాభవం ఎదురైంది. ఫలితాల్లో టీడీపీ అభ్యర్థి లతారెడ్డి ఘన విజయం సాధించారు. ఆమె 6,035 ఓట్ల మెజార్టీతో గెలిచారు. వైసీపీ అభ్యర్థి హేమంత్‌రెడ్డి డిపాజిట్‌ కోల్పోయారు. హేమంత్ రెడ్డికి కేవలం 683 ఓట్లు లభించాయి. స్వతంత్ర అభ్యర్థులు, కాంగ్రెస్‌కు 100 లోపు ఓట్లు లభించాయి. ఈ స్థానానికి తెదేపా, వైకాపా, కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీలతో పాటు స్వతంత్ర అభ్యర్థులు కలిపి 11 మంది పోటీపడ్డారు. పులివెందుల జడ్పీటీసీ ఉప ఎన్నికలో 74 శాతం ఓటింగ్‌ నమోదైంది. ఒంటిమిట్ట జడ్పీటీసీ ఎన్నికల్లో తెదేపా అభ్యర్థి ముద్దుకృష్ణారెడ్డి విజయం సాధించారు. ఈ ఉప ఎన్నికలో ముద్దుకృష్ణారెడ్డికి 12,780 ఓట్లు రాగా, .. వైకాపా అభ్యర్థి ఇరగంరెడ్డి సుబ్బారెడ్డికి 6,513 ఓట్లు మాత్రమే వచ్చాయి. దీంతో తెదేపా అభ్యర్థి ముద్దు కృష్ణారెడ్డి 6,267 ఓట్లతో గెలుపొందినట్లు ఎన్నికల అధికారులు ప్రకటించారు.
