Mr. Albert Show - Mr. Albert Show 1970 (Netherlands, Progressive / Jazz Rock)

Group "Mr. Albert Show " was formed in 1969 in Eindhoven. Group was named after the road manager . In 1970 he published the first single, "Wild Sensation / Kings Of Galaxy", the vocals which takes Floortje Klomp. The single hit the Top 40, where it remained for five weeks. In the same year he published their self-titled LP , recorded at "GTB Studios" in The Hague. The music on this album is performed in the style of jazz-rock with progressive and psychedelic slant. Their style was very original, sometimes resembling a cross between "Colosseum" and the German group "Xhol" with feverish sax and fuzz-guitar riffing ( also a good use of the organ , electric piano and harmonics ) . It was so well played , that this music was to hear a much wider audience ...
