Giuseppe Vittorio Raimondo " Pippo " Baudo (7 giugno 1936 – 16 agosto 2025) è stato un conduttore televisivo italiano. Uno dei più noti nel suo Paese natale, ha avuto una carriera lunga sei decenni, che include 13 edizioni del Festival di Sanremo , il numero più alto per un singolo conduttore.Spesso soprannominato "Superpippo" (riferendosi al nome italiano di Super Pippo ). Baudo è stato anche direttore artistico e presidente del Teatro Stabile di Catania dal 2000 al 2007.Nel 1968 Baudo condusse per la prima volta il Festival di Sanremo ; in seguito condusse il festival 13 volte, l'ultima nel 2008 .Condusse inoltre due edizioni di Canzonissima , sei edizioni di Un disco per l'estate , nonché numerose edizioni di Domenica in e Fantastico .Nel 2008 ha condotto per la tredicesima volta il Festival di Sanremo , succedendo a Mike Bongiorno , che lo aveva condotto undici volte.Baudo morì a Roma il 16 agosto 2025, all'età di 89 anni, per un infarto .

Often nicknamed "Superpippo" (referring to the Italian name for Super Goofy), Baudo was also the artistic director and president of the Teatro Stabile di Catania from 2000 to 2007. In 1968, Baudo hosted the Sanremo Music Festival for the first time; He subsequently hosted the festival 13 times, the last in 2008. He also hosted two editions of Canzonissima, six editions of Un disco per l'estate, as well as numerous editions of Domenica in and Fantastico. In 2008 he hosted the Sanremo Festival for the thirteenth time, succeeding Mike Bongiorno, who had hosted it eleven times. Baudo died in Rome on 16 August 2025, at the age of 89, of a heart attack.
