The National Artificial Intelligence Action Plan, outlining governance for AI, is being finalised, Digital Minister Gobind Singh Deo told the Dewan Rakyat on Wednesday (Aug 20).
He said the plan will balance security and privacy with transparency, accountability, privacy-by-design and security-by-design, while retaining human oversight.
It will also consider legal frameworks such as the Personal Data Protection Act and Cybersecurity Act.
