Charges filed in court can be amended based on findings from an inquest, the Dewan Rakyat was told.
Responding to Afnan Hamimi Taib Azamudden (PN-Alor Setar) on the case of five teenagers charged with bullying 13-year-old Zara Qairina Mahathir, Home Minister Datuk Seri Saifuddin Nasution Ismail said an inquest would cease once perpetrators are identified and sufficient evidence is established.
