On Monday while criticizing the UNC Government for its allegiance with the United States, Former PM Dr Keith Rowley said crime should not be used as a cop out for allowing the U-S to use international waters as according to him, "Yes, we drowning in blood, yes the murder figures are obscene but no amount of US warships parked in international waters will fix corrupt police, court backlogs, or communities abandoned by the state."
