Local airlines will be given priority for vacant slots at Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Airport in Subang, says Transport Minister Anthony Loke.
While acknowledging interest from foreign carriers, Loke said authorities will be cautious in allocating the slots.
Speaking after the National Aviation Consultative Council (NACC) meeting on Wednesday (Aug 27), Loke highlighted Subang Airport’s strong appeal, noting that airlines rushed to apply for slots when they were first opened to avoid missing out.
