In Florida, including the Orlando area, scattered showers and storms are expected to add up through the holiday weekend, with locally heavy downpours possible each afternoon. Meanwhile, lighter rainfall accumulations are seen in the Midwest and along the Gulf Coast, while much of the Northeast and West Coast remain mostly dry.
