It's disappointing that in 2025, the 'accountability' stocks seem to be at an all-time low.
"This video shows a garbage truck passing," the filmer, Dove, told WooGlobe. "The space was so narrow that the truck brushed against the car parked on its right, and then the truck fled."
The filmer can be heard expressing shock at the truck driver's actions, as the vehicle scrapes the parked car without hesitation. It's as if the driver has no regard for the damage caused.
Even the blaring car alarm doesn't detect them or prompt any response.
