FBI Official Confirms Minneapolis Shooter Was Not On The FBI’s Radar Before Catholic School Shooting

At a press briefing on Thursday, Alan Winston, Sr., the special agent in charge of the FBI’s Minneapolis Field Office, told reporters the shooter at Annunciation Catholic School was not on the FBI’s radar prior to the shooting.
