Η Φωτεινή, μια άλλοτε σπουδαία ηθοποιός του θεάτρου, που είναι πλέον τυφλή, προσκαλεί τη νεαρή ηθοποιό Αλεξάνδρα, για να ανεβάσουν ένα έργο που γράφει η ίδια η Φωτεινή. Πρόκειται για μια μελέτη της σχέσης μεταξύ της τέχνης και της ζωής, έτσι που στο τέλος τα όρια των δύο είναι δυσδιάκριτα.

Fotini, who was once a great theatre actress and who now has lost her sight, is inviting the young actress Alexandra to act together in a play she writes. The rehearsals are proceeding normally, until everything is reversed. Fotini hides a “female Oedipus”, but also the puppeteer, who little by little is becoming the puppet. A study about the relationship between life and art, this almost mystic communication, where finally the limits are hard to be distinguished. In the end, is it life or art that has really affected this story?
