http://www.winkball.com/walls/ZY81NGUIiOcS/fujiya-and-miyagi-at-heaven/ Fujiya and Miyagi is an English ensemble that were formed in Brighton in 2000. They have described their music as being profoundly influenced by 70's Krautrock bands, Can and Neu, as well as early 1990's electronica artists like, Apex Twin. The bands name originates from a character in the movie 'The Karate Kid' as well as a brand of a record player. The first couple of years of the bands existence were spent in relative ambiguity but this started to change between 2003 and 2006, due largely to brilliant reviews from leading music publications such as Pitchfork Media and NME. WinkBall citizen video reporters Nketchi and Lucie were at Heaven on, Tuesday 8th March 2011, asking fans how they like the current album compared to the last album, how they enjoyed the concert and what songs they would like to hear tonight.
