Thousands of Syrian refugees are pouring into Jordan to escape escalating violence back home.
(Explosions) This is the scene near Aleppo according to video posted to a social media website. Activists say Syrian forces are bombarding the area to try and stop fighters from resupplying rebels in Aleppo.
The country's 16-month uprising has in the past week centered on Aleppo and Damascus where troops and rebels are in a fierce battle for control.
