Two policemen in the Russian Urals have been arrested for allegedly accepting bribes from a paedophile. It's just the latest in a series of crimes where police and judges seem to be turning a blind eye to child abuse. As Daria Pushkova reports, that's forcing parents to deal with the problem themselves.
