Turkey's military immediately returned fire on Sunday after yet another Syrian shell landed on its soil.
The artillery round landed in the town of Akcakale, a few hundred metres away from where a shell landed on Wednesday killing five civilians. There were no immediate reports of casualties from the latest strike.
