US President Barack Obama says he reserves the right to use both diplomatic and military options inside Syria, but he wants conclusive proof that Bashar al-Assad has used chemical weapons. President Obama met Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan in Washington where the two leaders pledged to increase pressure on Syria's President Bashar al-Assad to step down.
